Roasted chickpeas make a great snack.
They are so simple to make you’ll be making these all the time.
You start with a can of chickpeas. Wash them and drain. Then shell them.
Then you add about 1 tsp of oil and coat them all evenly.
Pour onto a baking sheet, give it a gentle shake to evenly distribute them in one layer.
Cook in a preheated oven (375 degrees F/190 degrees C/gas mark 5) for 30-40 mins
While they are warm coat them in your fav seasoning (I use the one I add to chickun seitan), a little ground sea salt, and a tbsp ground nooch.
